Virtual Babel is a virtual world where you can interact with others using the language you are learning. The language worlds of Virtual Babel have been designed with Adobe Atmosphere, and are viewable only with the Atmosphere Browser.

The significance of the project lies in facilitating learning and teaching activity that is difficult to achieve in conventional classroom. The current Virtual Babel world, virtual language-immersion environment, is designed to promote social interaction for language learning.

This research project is being developed in a team environment, however NETable is assisting the project with Internet related consultancy and with our expertise of scripting and database.
