Create a subdomain of your original website where mobile friendly files can load from. For example if your running website address is www.mycompany.com then create a subdomain at www.mobile.mycompany.com. Creating a subdomain is a standard hosting functionality provided by most hosting companies. You should be able to create a subdomain from your hosting control panel. Or you could ask for help from your website hosting provider.

Plan your navigation and avoid loading large images.

Mobile friendly website should ideally include simple features, navigation and minimalist standards. Every square inch matters between conventional PC screen size and smart phone screen size. Use comparatively large fonts for your mobile version because your customers may be looking at your site while travelling, and they are likely to be holding their mobile device. We hear the term ‘good team player’ often. Team players are people who work tirelessly for the team and are a source of inspiration. Communication skills

Teams need people who have effective communication skills and are good listeners. Team players should have the ability to absorb, understand, and consider ideas and points of view from other people without debating and arguing every point; they must be able to receive criticism without reacting defensively. They should listen first and speak second so that meaningful dialogue results.

Reliability and competency

You promise what you can deliver and deliver what you promise.

Readiness to share knowledge and ideas

Good team members share knowledge and ideas unreservedly and will add great value to a team. Team members who do these are gems in a team. Open contribution with sensitivity towards other members’ feelings when communicating, non competitive and non attention grabbing behaviour should prevail.

Flexibility

Members are open to changes and are willing to consider new ideas or different views and are willing to compromise when new directions are set. They do not hold rigidly to their view and argue it to death especially when the team needs to make a decision to move ahead. Strong team members are firm in their thoughts yet are open to what others have to offer.

Commitment

Responsible team members are always committed to and care about their work and the performance of the team. They are ever willing to deal with all issues in a solutions oriented manner, constantly giving ideas to overcome difficulties. They want to put in good efforts and expect other team members to do same.

It is always useful if each team member can fit into a particular role that allows you to make a meaningful contribution. Members can decide to do something he is good at or do something unfamiliar and gain some new experience and knowledge and compensate for each other’s weaknesses.

Even if the team decides against formal roles for its members, it could benefit by discussing everyone’s strengths, weaknesses, approaches to the work, prior knowledge, past experiences and other resources that can be used. This will lead to comfort working with one another and establish trust among members. Such teams will have a strong collective focus.

It will give the team a structure and stature.
