Any data that is updated by the customer in Magento will also be updated back into Salesforce.
Each customer in Magento will have a Salesforce Account ID and Contact ID for reference.
When an inquiry is made on the website, the lead will be synced back into Salesforce in real-time.
If an existing customer sends an inquiry, it will be referenced in Salesforce with the corresponding Salesforce Contact ID.
When a new customer enquires, a new Account and Contact will be created in Salesforce before syncing the lead back into Salesforce.
All inquiries will be mapped in a Magento Admin grid with a Salesforce ID.
All orders created in Magento will be synced in real-time to Salesforce.
